i found the sound insulation poor. i could hear outside noises easily. sleeping with the window open was difficult.

The location IS superb. It is close to the main sites. My room on the fifth floor was quiet, despite overlooking Stagiewna. I requested a room with natural light, and it had a huge picture window. The staff was helpful and polite.
the parking entry IS small in a very narrow street. I risked scratching the car when I tried to turn into it. I ended up parking 200 meters from THE hotel on the street.

The location was acceptable, though the parking was expensive.
The silly tablet in the room controlled everything. IT WAS constantly broken. Our lights and tv did not work. The staff did little to help and seemed unhappy about BEING asked. At one point, they just turned off the power, leaving us in darkness.
